Full payment of the design fee is required before accessing our curated trips.
Trips can be canceled at any time with refunds based on notice periods and the policy of the reservation provider.
Activity cancellations within the provider’s free-cancellation window may qualify for a partial or full refund in agreement with the provider.
We provide no refunds on the design fee.
Travel dates can be changed for a €99 service fee, with price adjustments based on availability.
Journeys may be postponed for up to 18 months.
Modifications to accommodations or travel logistics incur an administrative fee.
Add-on bookings and restaurant reservations can be adjusted at no extra cost up to four weeks before travel start.
Envaya Travel is a Norwegian registered company controlled by the different state departments for finance, workforce and consumer market.
Clients are entitled to essential travel information, fair pricing, and assistance if issues arise.
If major trip changes occur, travelers may receive refunds or alternative arrangements at no extra cost.

Non-urgent phone requests outside working hours incur a €500 service fee.
